67 Minutes For The Environment In uMhlanga Rocks.

uMhlanga Rocks will be showing its’ support for Mandela Day on Monday 18th July 2016, by encouraging locals and visitors alike to give 67 minutes of their time to the environment.

Co-ordinated by the uMhlanga Urban Improvement Precinct (UIP) 3 mini projects have been ear-marked at different times of the day to cater for as many people as possible. “Our ocean, beaches, dunes and forests are critical assets that need constant care and attention. Added to this, one of the 4 focus areas of the Mandela Foundation is the environment, so for us it is fitting to use this day to support the one we use and enjoy the most,” said uMhlanga UIP precinct manager Dewet Geldenhuys.
