On the 20th February, the beautifully restored Manor House, situated within the recently launched Seaton estate, officially opened as a bespoke event destination in KwaZulu-Natal. The opening was marked by an exclusive event which welcomed leading eventing specialists to introduce Seaton’s Manor House, where extraordinary occasions are destined to be created, dreams are envisioned, and a limitless reality does exist.
Seaton is synonymous with excellence. The Cape Dutch Manor House has been restored to its former glory with the idea of hosting industry-leading events within this space. Based on the interesting and character-filled venue options, when the Manor House is used for private events, guests will be met with picturesque views, professional event co-ordination and catering services, and a spacious venue that can transform any event into a spectacular occasion.
“We have partnered with the legendary culinary team from Ray’s Kitchen to deliver exceptional events and manage the running of this leading KZN event destination. We have successfully worked with the creative team from Ray’s at some of our other estates and know that their passion and professionalism will fit the authenticity, sophistication and welcoming feel that the Manor House exudes,” shares Murray Collins, co-developer of Seaton.
The Manor House is a historical landmark in Ballito and is situated within The Club at Seaton. Being a signature estate on the North Coast, Seaton successfully integrates international equestrian facilities with residential offerings. Set against a country, equestrian-inspired backdrop, the Manor House has set the benchmark in the private eventing industry.
Signature events already in the calendar at Seaton Manor House include the Affluence Black Polo event on the 6th June, along with an inundation of bookings for weddings, corporate functions, and birthday celebrations.
The grand launch of the Manor House has undoubtedly demonstrated that Seaton is excelling as a luxury, private event destination and has set the tone for the calibre of future events planned.
