Our Beginnings: Bradshaw LeRoux Consulting was born as a result of the joint vision of its Managing Members, Lesa Bradshaw and Nicky LeRoux, to establish a South African-based assessment, selection and integration approach that recognises competence as a fundamental basis for decision making.

When applying this to individuals with a disability, an area of specialisation at Bradshaw LeRoux, we take this a step further by offering strategic and operational support in terms of Disability Recruitment, Integration and Development.

Experience: Established in 1998, we have extensive experience in Assessments, Recruitment and Disability Integration. Our consultants are highly qualified and experienced in the Human Resources realm, with our staff compliment comprising of Psychometrists, Disability Integration Specialists, and Human Resource practitioners. Market leaders in Assessments and Disability Integration, we have a reputation for excellence amongst our clients who include several blue chip companies, other assessment companies to whom we are contracted, and various government organisations.

Our Service: With Human Resources being at the forefront of transformation in South Africa, we recognise the value of effective and efficient talent acquisition and management strategies within organisations. Key to this is the sourcing, identifying and integration of talent – particularly amongst those from designated groups.
