Their continued success is accredited to the resident Chef, Watchara Sirvajanakul AKA Roger. Born in Bangkok, Thailand, Roger has been a Chef for over 32 years, 23 of which have been in Durban. Roger was taught the traditional Japanese style of cooking and having worked in a number of Durban's best restaurants and hotels, Roger's skills are at the center of the Green Mango's success.
