Are you geared up for the revised BBBEE Codes?

The revised BBBEE Code of Good Practice is expected to be finalised in the latter half of 2013, and it is anticipated that a transitional period of one year will be allowed before it is enforced. This gives companies the opportunity to align and ensure they have addressed all new aspects to avoid dropping their BEE levels.
