All training sessions include a combination of high intensity cardio and light weight training exercises to help you burn fat, strengthen muscle, tone and build your core.

All fitness sessions are held in a private fitness studio set in a park-like garden, enabling you to train in a natural scenic setting without prying eyes.

We understand that it’s hard to find the time to work out. Therefore we offer both personal and small group 1-hour training sessions two, three or four times a week at various times throughout the day to best suit your lifestyle and schedule.
