Maria Elliot: I originally come from Finland where I qualified with a BSC in Physiotherapy in 2002. After graduation I moved to England where I gained broad experience in my chosen field and completed numerous courses.

With a strong interest in the management of pain, I commenced a Master’s Degree in Pain Management through the prestigious King’s College of London which I completed in 2007. The following year I moved to South Africa where I worked in various physiotherapy practices in both a hospital and out-patient setting before opening my own practice in 2013.
