Soukop Property Group first opened its doors in 2007, with six employees and offices at 128/134 Florida Road, now known as Soukop House. It didn’t take long before they had expanded, first in KZN, and later into the Western Cape and Gauteng.

Soukop currently has 13 branches nationwide, all in prime positions, with over 130 employees and plans for further expansion, a testimony to the hard work and dedication of the loyal team.

While Soukop Property Group has been trading as a business since 2008, the name Soukop has been associated with excellence in property for almost 40 years in KZN.

CEO Dina Soukop was born into the property world and her father Valentino Bozza, a builder and developer, not only imparted to her a love and knowledge of the building, developing and the market, but also the old fashioned values of integrity, hard work and honour. Dina started off her career working as a conveyancer, before moving into sales in 1978. With the backing of her husband Fred, who joined her in the property business in 1983 the Soukop name has enjoyed an impeccable reputation.

Trading in a niche market and with a host of established connections, Soukop has long been associated with many of KZN’s most prestigious property sales, and is synonymous with family values, lasting relationships and honour.
