A major goal of Supertech Durban is to be the number one premium dealer in the country. The Supertech Group has also recently expanded its dealership count, following a successful and exciting takeover in Newcastle. Customer Service
The dealership is vastly different to other dealerships. Salesmen do not approach customers as they enter, they are instead greeted by warm hostesses and then the BMW Genius. Using an i-pad, these tech savvy geniuses provide prospective buyers a host of information and product knowledge, a no-pressure explanation on the features of each BMW. Customers relax in executive lounges, sip on gourmet coffees and customise their own BMW on a big screen, linked to the salesman and Genius's i-pad. These are a few innovative features of Future Retail. Supertech Durban is the first dealership to adopt a Future Retail showroom layout, which is at the heart of the progressive development behind Supertech Durban and has been adopted by all management and staff, as the way forward in engaging customers and enhancing the customer experience. The emphasis on customer service is apparent each time a customer arrives at the dealership. Ongoing communication is a key feature of customer relationship management. Departments
The dealership has a number of departments, catering to various customer needs. These include New and Approved Used Vehicle Sales, Finance and Insurance, Service, Parts and Accessories, an approved Panel Shop, Human Resources, IT and Administration. The state of the art Service Department will provide a service booking within 48 hours and also provides a 24 hour tow-in service for break-downs.
