The intention behind absolutely everything we do stems from our key values: to challenge the norm, provide excellent customer service, value for money, innovation, and to always, always have fun.
When we’re not passionately promoting health, fitness and helping our members achieve their goals, we’re getting involved in causes that make our world a better place. We call this Business as a Force for Good and it’s a journey that we’re committed to. When we open new clubs, we create new jobs and empower local communities. And when we’re not opening new clubs, we’re constant-ly reviewing the way we run our business to reduce our environmental impact as much as possible.

CAPE TOWN CYCLE TOUR
If the thought of a 109 kilometre cycle is a bit daunting, don’t stress. Our Active Angels - armed with a little SPF50 and a push if you need one - will be waiting for you on Suikerbossie, possibly the toughest hill along one of the most beautiful coastal roads in the world. Each year we have thou-sands of members take part in this epic race and we couldn’t be prouder of each and every one of them.
IRONMAN AFRICAN CHAMPIONSHIP AND IRONMAN 70.3 SOUTH AFRICA
We’re the official health club partner of the South African leg of the Ironman African Championship and Ironman 70.3. This unique, annual triathlon race is one of the most exceptional sporting challenges in the world – a race where, with a bit of heart, you’ll surprise yourself with what you can achieve.
