Wednesday, May 8th is a big day at uShaka Marine World. Cast your vote and then head off to Sea World, the 7th largest aquarium in the world, to celebrate playing your part in the future of our beautiful country.
Show us your inked thumb to prove you’ve been at the ballot box and we’ll give you a 50% discount on Sea World and Wet ‘n Wild Combo tickets. Adults pay just R105 and pensioners R84.50.
Sea World is anchored by the “Phantom Ship” an old 1920’s cargo ship that was wrecked on the Sea World Island. Underground viewing galleries wind through this wreck, allowing visitors to peek into the world of 300 species of marine life and 10 000 sea creatures. On the island itself, visitors can look forward to the Snorkel Lagoon, Ocean Walker, Shark Dive, ray touch pool and a stingray feeding opportunity.
Lighter hearted fun can be found during the seal shows at the Seal Stadium, a visit to the Penguin rockery where over 63 endangered African Penguins reside and during one of the dolphin shows.
Wet ‘n Wild is for the more adventurous with scintillating fun rides that are sure to get the adrenaline pumping. We’re sure you’ll enjoy everything from the Lazy River adventure river ride to the Body Tornado water slide – the first of its kind in South Africa.
