Heidi’s Farm Stall Market
Located on 01 Clement Scott Road in Assagay, this Farmer’s Craft and Food Market has something for everyone. Jungle gyms for the little ones will keep them occupied whilst you enjoy the yummy fresh food on sale. Get some organic fresh produce to take home. Find unique hand crafted gifts and other goodies as well. Heidi’s Farm Stall Market runs every Saturday and Sunday from 7am to 1pm.
KaarlKloof Farmer’s Market
Located just outside Howick, this quaint market is housed inside a shed. Offering it’s patrons a large selection of fresh fruit and veggies, you can also get yourself some cheese, herbs and fresh cut flowers. Little ones can have oodles of fun at the jungle gyms, sand pit or pony rides. The market opens at 7am and closes at 11am.
Essenwood Craft Market
This popular market can be found at the Essenwood Park in Berea, Durban. A long time favorite of many Durbanites, and previously voted Reader’s Choice Flea Market, this market runs from 9am – 2pm. This charming market lets you enjoy the park facilities whilst strolling through the unique stalls. There is ample parking available on the surrounding streets with car-guards to put your mind at ease. Find everything from food, to home décor, books and fashion.
Marianhill Monastery Craft Market
This charming marketing can be found at the Mariannhill Monastery in Pinetown. With free entrance to let you into the Monastery Tour, you can also find interesting crafts and kiddie entertainment. The Monastery’s serene and tranquil setting is the ideal to enjoy the lovely tea garden. The market and garden runs from 9am – 3:30pm.
This much treasured market is uniquely set up at the New Market Stables in Durban. Spoil yourself with something from any of the 150 stalls. Each stable has been transformed into an attractive little shop with an emphasis on arts and crafts. There is a wide variety of foods to chose from as well as a well stocked bar.
