On Friday, October 27th, special guests, media and patrons were in attendance at the launch of the all new, refurbished Cargo Hold Restaurant at uShaka Marine World experiencing all that was a culinary celebration in its new vintage chic revamp! Guests in attendance certainly dressed up to the theme donning carnival masks while enjoying a night filled with fabulous food from the new menu, as well as enjoying entertainment by the KZN Philharmonic quartet and Beetroot.
On the night, Executive Chef Warren Frantz and his team of chefs presented tasting menu items from the new gastronomical a la carte menu as well as decadent desserts, as well as complimentary cocktails, award winning wines and champagne, local craft beers and whiskeys. It certainly was a night to remember with the meals all receiving 5 star reviews from all of those attending.
