Offering markets goers the opportunity to view and purchase beautifully designed craft produced by great local talent, as well as great fresh food and a relaxed jazzy feel, the market is sure to be great fun for many today. The vibrant energy of the sellers, with unique products is hugely addictive and will definitely have you going back for more.
The market is located at Umhlanga Centre, 189 Ridge Road, Umhlanga. The market opens from 9am – 2pm. Entrance is free.

Good Sundae

For those looking to enjoy a good Sunday party away from the usual club scene, make sure that you check out this great gig at the Wavehouse today. Creating a daytime clubbing experience, Good Sundae gives those attending a feast of music and entertainment. The event today will feature local artists Mafikizolo and Kwesta. The event, which is brought to you by MTV Base is one of the events to been seen at, as revelers party from the day into the evening.
Good Sundae will take place at the Wavehouse at the Gateway Shopping Mall. The party kicks off at 1pm and will go through until about 10pm. Ticket prices range fromeR150 – R250.

SOS 2 Reptile Expo

Reptile fans in Durban make sure that you get yourself over to the SOS2 Reptile Expo as today is the last day for the expo. The expo, which is the biggest of its kind in South Africa, sees a host of international visitors jetting in just for the show. Whether you are coming just to look through and learn more about these fascinating creatures or whether you want to purchase some, this expo is not to be missed. If you are quite brave and a reptile fan, make sure that you get over to this event.
Those attending please note, you will not be able to attend with your own reptiles or pets. Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult. Children under the age of 18 will not be sold any venomous reptiles.
The expo is hosted at Crawford La Lucia. The show opens at 9am ad runs until 3pm today. Tickets are R40 for adults and R20 for kids.

Sunday Jazz At The Dutch

Jazz on Sundays at The Dutch is better than moms home baked pie!
The Jazz Cats slide into a West Coast cool supported by the dynamic and sensational Lucia Mthiyan and Chole Clarke for a two hour ride into the beautiful world of Jazz.
The day opens with a face to face mix of superlative jazz mixed by DJ Dums And G at 3pm and then the theatre begins at 6pm headlined by Lucia and Chloe. Make sure not to miss out this fantastic event.
